A nice chunk of my guild (including myself) don't even log in anymore, but we come back when new endgame content is added, NOT when new lower level junk is added.

    So Devs post on this=

    1. When will you STOP making lower level content? When is enough enough?
    2. When will we finally see a full focus on endgame with all new content expanding it?
    3. Has new lower level content gained any new players? or are you still losing players? (this is due to lack of endgame)

Please focus on endgame from now on, this includes ToEE. New lower level content does NOT keep the interest of your playerbase, or attract new players! You are the only MMO that does this!
You won't get a dev answer on this because it is against proper business code.

    However, I will say this:
    1. 20 quests for each level seems to be the magic win amount. So until there are 20 quests each for levels 1 through 29, then you won't have a full endgame.
    2. No way to expand the end. However Reincarnation, Elite difficulty, and Champions are all parts of this. I would imagine that Sentient weapons will be too, and I am sure there will be another tier or expanding to the destinies to fill out that level 30 spot. Like a destiny capstone.
    3. Tons of lowbies everywhere. Moreso on the default server. I have seen guilds all over sarlona getting new members and have seen plenty of mid level players who are new and do not have a guild yet. SO gains all around.

New players are not attracted to games that have no endgame.
There are limited resources and a lot of changes happening in the game, classes getting proxy nerfed by empowerment of preiously gimped classes, ehancment trees, etc...
We can appreciate they want to build out the core of the game, but levelling is just the stepping stones to get what you need to get to endgame.
If they want to expand aspects of the game then adding low level and midlevel content is not going to cut it.

Who wants to go play a game that when you level to the end there is nothing there.
.. but I am here with my hard earned gear, my toon is all tweaked and ready to fight the big fights...crickets..so who wants to roll up newbie toons to farm collectibles..

They cant forsake endgame just to try and bring in new players.. new players will level and want to do stuff when they get to the top.
We don't built tweak and adjust,tr,etr just for the sake of doing it.. we are doing it to get ourselves prepped and maxxed to be the best we can be for endgame..

Not everyone does thst for end game and I am not saying to not concentrate more on the upper end just not to entirely neglect the lower end and it's been several years since we got anything below level 15
