was on an alt on an off server, pure fighter pdk.
have kensei cap. bugged and only giving +1 boost instead of +2.
+3 boost from kensei.
+1 boost currently from ld.
+1 boost from ship buffs.
have human damage boost, kensei haste boost, vanguard melee power boost.
dmg and haste boost both have 11 charges, while mp only has 5.
known bug? cuz of ftr vg? cuz of pdk? wai? am i doing it wrong?

Yes: thread is about pally Vanguard, but ftr VG has same issue.
