    Default Kent's custom Character Builds

    Okay so the best part of DDO for me is the infinite possibility for toon builds, and unfortunately, I will only get to play a small # of them.
    So here I will place builds I have run and some I want to run and some I have built for others. Feel free to critique and make suggestions.

    If anyone wants me to build one for you great just post what you want out of the build ie pass life feat, DPS, class mix, or just theme. Will need your passed life list if any and Stat Tomes
    I will do my best to give what you ask for.
    All builds are posted without gear & the Enhancements are not listed in the order I would take them & should be seen as what I want at the end while leaving take as needed ie stat's to keep even # for +'s

    Notes:
    Play style is important with this build to get lasting SPs open up with Magic missile or scorching ray on single targets or chain missile on mobs to get the temp SP from your enhancements then your SLA fire ball or scorch depending on range then regular Fire ball, delayed blast or force missile then repeat this is a good place to start as you get the feel of your sp recoup you can change it up as you see fit. If the mob is big and in close quarters a fire wall will also be a good source of temp SPs to help spam spells
    Always have maximize and empower spell set on for your spell like abilities from Fire Savant as it is free {right click on SLA on hot bar and set each on to always on}
    When running in Shiradi Champion I like to have MM & CM on the hot bar in two places with one set up with Enlarge Spell for long range Shiradi proc goodness
    Get to Shiradi Champion soon as you can for the all the nice spell procs. This build will work in Draconic Incarnation but better in Shiradi Champion

    Default Nice Builds

    Thanks for sharing. Only one I had problems with was the 18 druid 2 monk and taking 2 toughness feats. Toughness, unless maybe on a first-first life, doesn't feel needed in today's game anymore, and taking one more than needed could better be used else where. Otherwise interesting builds.

    You would probably be better going 17 Cleric/3 FvS. You still keep level 9 spells. For a light spamming build having Shield of Condemnation can add up to 50% more light damage. I am understanding these are all 32 point, presumably 1st life builds, but I am not sold on some of the feat selections as well as the placement. For starters I would take quicken a lot sooner then 18. For a first lifer I would consider dropping the mental toughness line and pick up some spell pen and heighten. Soundburst is a great spell now, without heighten it would be worthless, again another source of +50% damage to your light spams. I would also recommend going Sun Elf. The extra light damage, spell pen, mana, and temp spell points from Fey Energy Tap are huge for a build like this. Mass Frog might have some uses, if you can get the DC up to a respectable level. Odds are a 1st lifer will not since it's not a school boosted by any divine pres. I would select Spell Power Fire instead. With the bits you get from pres and using Energy Burst...having more Fire Spell Power makes more sustainable sense.

    Bringing us to twists. You have a 4/3/2 set up for a total of 26 Fate points. An ambitious set up to be sure, but the rest of the build seems very new player/1st lifer until we get to this point. That would be max all destinies for 20, Ecomp for 3 more, and either another 4 EPL or buy a tome of fate. Not out of the realm of possibility, just seemed odd to me that the base build seemed very newbie/1st life friendly until we get to epic set up. On those choices however, I would boost Evocation more. I recommend twisting: Energy Burst (Draconic)/Precise Evo (Draconic)/Evo Spec (Magister)/Unearthly Reactions (Magister). I added the fourth twist in since it seemed your plan would have included so many fate points to assume E comp. Fourth twist for reflexes is to compensate for the extremely poor reflexes a cleric has.

    Rule #4:... Two Weapon Fighter
    Rule #5:... NO MONKS
    Rule #6:... 1 lvl Fighter for Heavy Armor proficiency & a feat for Dwarven Waraxes (plus shields if things get ugly and I need to tank up)
    Rule #7:... NO MONKS
    Rule #8:... 4 lvls Ranger for skill points and some badly needed auto feats for TWF (and some help with ranged)
    Rule #9:... NO MONKS
    Rule #10:... Completionist

    Ok, so I figure go Drow... the boost to Dex, Int, and Cha, along with the Spell Resistance makes it a no brainer. Add Ambidexterity on top of it and its a sure deal. Just need help on the stats and when to take which feats. Figured Harpers with Int to hit/dam and 'Know the Angles' is just icing on the cake.

    If someone can help me work out the nitty gritty details would be much obliged.. thanks! Basically want to be a DPS monster with excellent survivability.
