Have a look at this (this was one of my fav lives on elrick) it will do what you are looking for great DPS, buffs, some heals and full rogue skills, and if you like it I can post a 32 point no tomes version. As for a dragon born with the same basic characteristics it could work as well but with slightly lower freeze DC's. If not give me more input as to why or what else you might want out of it and I will think on it.

This looks great to me! Please post the non-tome, 32-point version and also with Dragonborn, if you would.

Edit: If you would comment on gear and tactics, I'd appreciate it. Keep in mind I'll be starting with a few random pieces of gear and the PDK or lvl 4/7 starting gear and not much else!
