    Hey Kent, I was wandering if you could throw together another build for me? I'm looking for a Ten Thousands Stars build, LR'ing a toon so stuck with Half-Elf as the race.

    - last AP spent on 5th core in ES
    - at low levs better to just use chain EB then switch to melee when it caches up to your blast damage
    - tenseres transformation is a must have spell

    well 1st off the necro monk is turning out great, kinda slow leveling but thats cuz ive been messing with the epic destinies on a toon that was already close to 20. but back to the ranger, yes he's lawful, lvl 16 monk, has no PL's nor tomes at this point, and is 32pt build, other then that everything else is up to u, i like seeing wat u come up with from just an idea. thanks again man

    Ok so you made it tough for me by being a 1/2elf :}. Its just that with out the ability to get dex to damg from the elf tree the stat split is rough, dex for feats, wis for 10k stars, and then some thing for damg. So why int not str with bow strength in this build well if you go str you could use Divine might which gives your cha mod to str but then you need a good cha and it works off turn undead for # of uses but using int and than know the angles which gives 1/2 your int mod directly to damg the same math {+ 6 cha mod = 6 more str = 3 more damg, 1/2 +6 int mod = +3 damg} but with the benefit of your higher # effecting your higher #, and you get skills :}and works off SP to use as often as you can. you still need bow strength you must be able to apply a stat to damg on a weapon before Strategic Combat II will work. That being said the fact that you can still get AA tree from 1/2elf tree lets you forgo taking ranger. Paly levs and other things in this build will make you far more durable,and being able to cast holy sword on your bow over shadows the lost of the free feats that would of aloud you too get Combat Archery look at the two and see which one you would want no brainier. you would also of had room for empHeal but not really needed IMO and to off set that you get Lay on hands
    ED: Legendary Dreadnought most of the time best for soloing and clearing mobs for partys {best constant damg}

    - Rejuvenation Cocoon
    ED: Fury of the Wild for boss killing {huge burst Damg [ Many shot or 10k stars Adrenaline Overload then then Slayer Arrow] have hit for more then 40,000 over kill for mobs}

    ok so with no int to dam got you some BS damg {6d6} to off set lost in base damg and went ranger for free ranged feats that don't need Dex req so more points for str, and then 2 levs of wis for some defense boost from EK tree, free extend for buff spells jump, tumble, rams might .... ,and much more SP for heals
    ED: same as first build
    P.S. forgot to say like to run in Mountain Stance for defense and +1 crit multiplier on 19-20 after my wis is to the point that I get 3 arrows per pull on 10k before that water.

    thx. I will give it a try. have to actually learn to play monk class. not tried it before. I may have questions after t rying. I really appreciate this. most builds I found were either way outdated or mostly for tr's etc. not that I know what tr's are but .... anyway thank you.

    Looking for a Warlock/Bard/Fighter swashbuckling build - strength based so I'm thinking PDK but open. I have +4 tomes across the board and Artificer, Ranger and Rogue PL's - Would also be interested in a ranged Warlock build but more due to the PL's than my play style - Thanks in advance!

    Why str based, both warlock and bard benefit from cha and both pdk, bard can get cha to damg and pdk cha to hit?
    If you have some reason in mind ok but if not build works better cha based.

    I'm fine with CHA based dmg - solves some roller problems as well - Not really looking for a PL build so either way - Was thinking 9 warlock, 6 fighter, 5 bard using Swashbuckler and Stalwart Defender trees but I'd really rather get your take on it, especially if it's way different.

    I used Cleric levs in builder for warlock same BAB, Skills/lev, but diff class skills warlock has UMD not heal so keep that in mind. What I spent points on is what is important.
    This build would work same for the most part as 3-10 Bard/4 Fighter/13-6 warlock but, I like this split best more heals FOM. So I would say look at what you want to get from each class and make your own choice. if you choose dif let me know why I like to see other peoples view.

    So as I was looking over this build as I do often with new builds to see if I missed something, and I am glad to say i don't often find things I would change barring a change in the game, but this time I did the feat at lev 6 improved shield. You don't get chas to hit or damg with shield so maximize is the way to go should of taken that over the other in the first place you can use on your spirit blast and burst at no cost don't know how I missed that sorry. That said if you have already made your toon you can simply switch out the feat for free. {by completing dragon mark quest next to auction in the market place then going to Fred in house J}
