Looking for ideas on how you would build an Iconic Deep Gnome Swashbuckling melee Wizard with the following split: 11 Wizard, 6 FtR, 3 Bard.
+7 tomes, epic and heroic completionist using a light pick and intelligence to hit and damage while wielding a buckler for skirmishing.
The idea would be to to stack intelligence between Deep Gnome, Harper Agent and Shadowdancer. While taking advantage of Gnomish Weapon Training, skirmishing (bard) and strike with no thought in Kenasi. All while utilizing single weapon fighting and shield feats.
I have been going over this and well... There is a reason (no many Reasons) you don't see Warlock/Druids. To start as a first life you just don't have the points to even try to keep up Str+Con needed for melee as you want to be a wolf then you need Wis for druid and Cha for Warlock then 6 levels of Warlock the min IMO for a melee toon and you lose the best parts of being a wolf, and the best part of melee warlock Shining Through+Spirit Blast as you can't not go tier 5 NW . Sorry as this is not what you want to hear but as I still believe each to his own if you want me to go ahead with the build I will but you will feel lackluster IMO

Okay so I was just going to post the build I am running for my Aasimar RTR as it seems you where just looking for A PL and a quick TR at 20 but then you posted the EDIT for Gaxes so I got this for you. I will still be posting my build in the next post there is something to be said about Khopeshes and Smite Evil and I think S&B get you a little more of the Tankiness you where looking for. my build will have more tomes but none of them where needed to make it work build would be the same without them if you choose to use it.

I've been out of the game for about 5 years. Been looking at all the new features and thought a dragonborn druid sounded like fun to play. I have 1 past life (former elf ranger) but no tomes. Do you think you can make me a viable 32 point build dragonborn pure druid? I'm ok with a splash of something else if it makes him a bit easier to solo. I've played rangers and casters in the past so those types of skills are more in my wheel house that melee is.
I saw this build in your thread and I liked the look of it: Dragonborn winter witch for lemiro, so maybe something like that tweeked for my lack of tomes?

Just back to the game after a long while. I have a Lv9 Ranger that is ready to level up (about 6k xp from 11th). He's on his third life, both pally prior, TN, dragon marked elf, TWF scimitars. I can't, for the life of me, remember what my plan with him was. I don't think that I was going to go full Ranger, I'm pretty sure that I was intending to get all three pally lives first. Is there a decent Ran9/Pal11 build out there? I'll probably just run with it anyways, but just curious if I should use a stone to move some levels around. And, of course, any other advice is always welcome.
Can't go Pali w/ a TN character - LG only, so that's a dealbreaker unless you want to buy an alignment change from the store - 495 points.

You could start down the Racial Reincarnation path - Elf eventually gets +1 Dex, which is... well, a start.

Ranger lends itself to any two-weapon build, so you could now go Rogue, Fighter, Barbarian... or some more esoteric approaches. But prepping for a Ranged build w/ the Ranger PL is also legit, a LOT of strong ranged builds out there, including some TR template builds (~8-9 levels that you can then glom on whatever class you are chasing).

I have a human bard/ftr/rog 14/6/2. I'm currently grinding epics for completionist as swf swash ice baron trapper. I just unlocked vistani knife line with Ravenloft favor. I was wondering if going 2wf pdk ice spinnner with vistani would be viable for decent dps. I have 3 past lives as a bard, one arti ( took a break for 3 yrs when juggernaut was the thing), one past iconic as Shadar Kai ( I tried the shadow bard build before discovering PDK Ice Baron build) and I'm currently about to start my 8th epic life. I was thinking ss for main hand and dagger for off. What would you suggest Mr. Build Guy?

First of all I love your thread; and your love of making cool, interesting builds for the community. Much respect!!!
So now down to what I'm looking for. A friend of mine and I are going to be leveling up through Epic together playing a Warforge Duo. He is going to be playing an Artificer who will be handling traps and doings tons of ranged dps etc. I was looking for something that can tank for us, and doing so not as a fighter or paladin. I was thinking about a Monk or maybe an Earth Sorcerer, something that would work well as a warforged and yet can tank into Epic content.
My stuff: +6 tomes for all stats, 4 lives in (Barb, Pala, Rngr, Mnk) with this being my 5th life.
Hi Kent! So, I returned to the game after a sinful amount of time (10 yrs) and made some silly mistakes with a character. Normally I'd just move on. But I put a lesser heroic tome on this one and I just can't make myself loose the 8 levels and the real money on her. So, I need some build advice in order to continue.
She is an Aasimar Fighter 5 Cleric 3. I plan to use a lesser heart in order to straighten things out like feats and such which I know are all wonky. Her alignment is wrong for a monk addition which is where I got frustrated originally and got onto a Cleric path. Goals: I don't solo much. I tend to support my group but I'm not great at it yet since I haven't been back long. Buffs, heals, maybe add bard?
32pt char. no tomes. first life. access to high end ship buffs for play. (173) gear - will have to mostly be looted or hunted as I go but I'm interested in Khopesh.

yah I can work up enh trees for you as you are just doing Epic TRs no need to put up full build just feats and trees right? oh and if you are going vistani Dagger in both hands
If you want a full build to work from then I need your leveling order or as close to it as possible and tomes if any then I will get right on it

how about something like this now that is a bladforged but could be done as a warforged if you don't want to use a +1 heart to get rid of the pall levle and the leveling order would be alittle diffrent if you where not starting at lev 15 but in the end the build would be the work out the same it was a vary fun life for me and meny others have enjoyed it as well. If not this then let me know and I will work something else up
