DDO store shorted me big time

I purchased 2500 Astral Shards last night (5 sets of 500 shards) for approximately 14,000 turbine points. When I checked my inventory, I was only given 500 Shards. The store took the 14,000 points and the email confirmation I received said I had purchased 5 sets of 500. I did submit a ticket while in the game last night right after it happened, but I was wondering if that was the best way to get this resolved. Needless to say 14000 DDO points is worth a lot of money and I would really like to get this resolved as soon as possible so I can stop worrying about it.

Can someone tell me the best way to get this fixed?

happ ta meh while back, i found them in inventory, of all places.
some were credited to account, rest were an item i had ta doubleclick.
dunno if this is also ur case, but worth a look?
