Divine might has charge times

Hello guys,due to the recently buffs on paladin, i decided to start my 3rd life on him.However,when i got the divine might enhancement during leveling,i found it has 0 charge times forever and cant be casted.I have tried to fix this problem with reset the trees,relog the game several times,even log in on another computer,but none of them works.Did anyone meet dat problem before?what can i do with it?Thx

Are you at least level 4? Paladins don't get Turn Undead until then, and they are used to charge DM.

It's a flaw in the enhancement system that's been pointed out to the programmers before...

Thanks,i never played paladin before so l thought it must be like the same as fvs and cleric
