Mouse wheel bug - randomly stops working

I've searched an didn't find much about this. It's been around for years, but seems to be more and more prevalent. Basically, for no apparent reason, the mouse wheel will no longer adjust the zoom. If you click the mouse wheel you'll zoom to maximum, but then the wheel will no longer do anything. The only 'fix' is to reboot the client.

Does anyone have any information on this one? Is there any fix?

I know it has something to do with bags. Opening a bag and scrolling through the contents & then closing it again or something like that. It's like your focus is still stuck in the bag and like you said, it only starts working again when you restart the client.

So I'm not sure what exactly causes it, but it is because of bags/containers.

Zooming with the keyboard still works though.

Swapping toons often creates this issue as well.
Only fix is to restart client.

That's kinda what I though - nothing to do but reboot client. Interesting observation about the bags, however. I use my mouse wheel to scroll bags, so I wondering if the problem will go away (or be less frequent) if I stop doing that and use the sliders. I'll keep an eye out on that and report back here if I find anything.
