    Default Lessor Reincarnation did not apply my stat Tomes

    I Lessor reincarnated and my +3 Tomes and my +6 INT Tome is not appearing on my character. I had used a +3 tome on all stats and had just bought a +6 Tome before reincarnating. And none of it appears on my character now. I had assumed that the Tomes would increase the stats while leveling up through reincarnation the way it does when I TR, but since it didnt do that, I was unable to take the feats I needed for my character.

    So my question is,, when you LR, are the tomes supposed to increase your ability scores as you level (i.e. if you have a +3 tome, you get a +1 at lvl 3, a +2 at lvl 7 and a +3 at lvl 11)?

    If this is the case, is there a chance that Turbine will give me a Lessor Heart so I can re-reincarnate so I can take the feats I intended on taking?

    This happened to me last time I lr'd too. I couldn't take it and gtwf because my Stat tomes did not apply at the appropriate levels. When I completed I logged out and logged back in and my tomes were applied then. I used the free feat and then 15 shard feat exchange to change them out. Was a pin the ass. This is something turbine needs to check into.

    I originally submitted this issue via the ingame support option (i.e. by clicking "New Ticket" in the help menu.

    This is my response:

    "In order to provide the best resolution to your issue, you will need to contact our Account/Store Support Team. That team is better equipped to handle your inquiry, as the In-game Support Team does not have access to the necessary information to assist you further. To contact Account/Store Support, please open your main menu with the 'Esc' key and click 'Help.' From there, click on the button labeled 'FAQ' if it is not highlighted, then on the tab labeled 'Support Center,' and then the 'Submit a Ticket' icon. Make sure to select DDO as your game and then fill out a ticket for the Account/Store Support Team to review. If you prefer, you may visit support.turbine.com and click the "Submit a Ticket" link."


    So I then submitted it using the instructions provided, and this is my response:

    "Thank you for your inquiry. I apologize, but I cannot assist with the issue you have described. To obtain assistance with your issue, please contact our In-Game Support team via the “New Ticket” button found on the bottom of the Help Menu panel within the game."

    On these forums I see an awful lot of folks complaining about the support received for this game. I would have to agree. Both teams of support most of the time just blow off an issue to the other team.

    I would like someone who can assist me to contact me about this issue.

    Tomes not showing up during an LR is a known issue that pops up from time to time. I personally have not had tomes lost but friends and guildmates have.

    As pointed out sometime logging out and back in will resolve the issue. Of course that means needing to do feat trading if you are tome dependent to meet pre-reqs for feats.

    However, in the instances where logging off and back on did not resolve the issue they were able to get resolution from the GMs.

    So the next question is how did you word your Ticket - I'm not trying to Fault you but to make sure you were clear that you were in the process of doing an LR and when you did not qualify for the Feat you were expecting to that you noticed that your Tomes did not get applied. I would try a new ticket stay precise and on point leave out emotional language. If the 2nd Ticket gets closed I without resolution I would prepare to call the Customer Service Department. You might have to wait until the 2nd of January to get a resolution but this appears to be an issue with a Store Purchased Item.

    The first part of this thread was a copy of what I stated in my ticket. (up to and not including "So my question is...") I added a little bit more detail, but not much. I don't use "emotional language" when sending an initial trouble ticket. But I feel it was concise and to the point yet explanatory. I copied the exact same wording to both support systems to make sure my wording would not give different conclusions as to what the problem is.

    I don't think I was emotional in this thread either, though. I have simply stated facts and asked questions.

    I have still not received a response from Support. I would appreciate a response to this issue.
