    Default Just another melee sorcerer

    Thinking about taking this up to 28 for fun. I know EE is out unless I'm running in my static group, but it's all for fun and COMPLETIONIST!

    I know Divine Grace changes are coming, anyone have a date, yet?

    Ok, I thought about putting what points I had in Fire Savant, and leave no doubt that I will give it a try, but without any other way of reving up evo dc I thought it best to make my clouds stronger. I am not set on the THF, and may go swf with an orb. Yes, I have not tier 5 abilities, but I did the best I could think up at the time. I'm completely not sure of epic feats, but if I go swf, I'll trade great cleave for something else.

    Why 4 paladin? It allowed me to free up a twist.
    2 monk for feats.
    Tried to grab the essentials as far as spells are concerned. I figure I can slot greater evo +2, and I'm still looking for a piece of gear that may offer better.

    I'm figuring with Divine Might I can hit strength in the mid 50s, which is typically enough melee damage in EH. So I took all level ups there.

    Known Gear- still planning and will take ideas.

    TF Great Axe tier 2 and 3 (1st degree burns and I'll figure it out on upgrade)
    Epic Boots of the innocent-mine already has a green slot.
    Shadowscale Docent.
    Ring of the Master Artificer tier 3
    Boots of the Rock tier 3 (I think that's the name of the cannith challange boots).
    Epic Cloak of Ice
    Torc
    Concordant Opp Head piece (heroics and until I figure and get better) suggestions? I do have all the gear named, only need to tier 3 my boots and ring, which boots probably don't matter
    Future more, I'm working on it. I'm seeing, from reading older builds like these, that a balance and immune to slippery surfaces should be took into consideration.

    Anyways, please critique and give suggestions. I'll take both for improving what I have below and different ideas all together.

    This has been an exceptionally strong build in later heroics. Way better than I thought, and way better than the wizard version I ran.

    Will comment on epics when I get through it.

    I did a melee sorc with a rogue splash for acrobat and it was easy in heroics but it lost a lot of oomph in Epics. Funner then hell in heroics though especially after about lvl 15 or so it walked through GH and vale with ease.

    Well, I hope not. I only played him for a day and half on heroics before entering epics. So far, ok. I don't get in to most of my gear until 24-28 though, so we'll see. If not, rogue life and completionist out the way again. Hoorah!
