Cannot get into game. Hung up

05:15 GMT (00:15 Eastern).
I'm stuck on the 'Loading New Game Data' / 'Cleaning up Old Connection' page.
This happened after I was Ship Teleporting from Harbour to the Orchard~ the game froze and I ALT-CTRL-DEL'd to get back in.
I've re- booted twice, used Advanced System Care and still nothing.
It accepts my password and says Cannith world is OK, but then sticks on the above page. Any ideas please?

I'm having the same issue, I was running lines of supply, and mid quest I got locked into place. I waited for a few minutes before resetting my client. and now i cant get back in because I keep freezing at various load screens, usually the "cleaning up old connections" screen.

Got in. Don't know if it was anything I did, but here's what I did:
Logged into Sarlona with this account~ fine
Logged into Cannith with a different account~ fine.
Retried Cannith with this account and it worked... weird.

Anyways, I spoke too soon. It let me get as far as the Char Selection screen then froze.
Now it's back to the original problem.
Seems to be only my main account on Cannith though, my other account works fine on Cannith and my main account works fine on Sarlona.

I hit the boat farshifter to Orchard and was hung in a loading screen for about 10 minutes. I killed the game and now it is hanging under Loading New Game Data - Cleaning up old connection... It has been about 30 minutes now and still stuck.
