I'm playing a swashbuckler, and ever since the update I've felt that I'd been moving slower. I redid my enhancements as a test, dropped the "fast movement" enhancement in my swashbuckler tree, and noticed no difference in speed. I checked my enhancements in the combat window upon relogging ( I often do this to see if items are canceling each other out), and it states that fast movement is in effect, but doesn't give me the "music bonus" +14% anymore (I have 14 bard levels). It's possible that 1% is still applying, but that's too small a number for me to notice. Have any other bards, barbarians of monks noticed a change?
Similarly, casting the Haste spell doesn't seem to be applying any additional melee speed. I have a crafted buckler with a 10% melee alacrity shard enhancement and when I remove it, I notice a dramatic increase in attack speed if Haste is already active. Haste doesn't seem to override an existing item like it used to.
