    Default Account response time is ridiculous

    Hi,

    I send a mail to accountsupport last friday, got the automatic response and that's it. I wanted to spend some money and paypal didn't work. It's an error that occurs from the beginning of this year and you didn't help me to fix it. And now it takes more than a week for you to respond. Are you kidding me?

    Did you respond to the auto message? If you don't they think the problem has been solved.

    So paint me a troll if you must but...

    What you are saying is "Forum users that post complaints will get faster treatment"? What if my ticket (I have none) gets bumped back? How is that fair to me, as I submitted the ticket (I did not, I have none, just saying) in accordance with procedure but I have to wait for the grease to be applied to the other wagon wheels?

    I prefer Bob Ross, so a troll painting in the BR style would be great, mmmmkay.

    I would still like to see... Something that tests character versatility and player adaptability rather than character focus strength and quest knowledge.
    I play the quests for the content of the quests not just as an XP/min merry-go-round.
    Actual play experience is worth infinitely more than theorycrafting...

    I have to say after I send a 2nd response it worked real fast. And since it was a time sensitive matter I was pretty surprised that it worked as intended in the 1st mail.

    So my forum thanks here, too. Maybe it gets you more hero points .
