I activated my product keys for Underdark and Shadowfell and my account displays that I have them purchased and activated. I got confirmation emails after purchase and activation too. When I log in however, nothing has been updated. Any ideas?

What do you mean by "updated". You already have the game files, they have just been locked out, so there will be no new download.
Do you mean you can't access the expansion quests in Eveningstar and Wheloon? Not all of the Eveningstar quests are part of the expansions so some of them may still be locked out.
Yeahhh, looks like you accidentally applied the keys to another account instead of the one that you actually play on. Whenever you're applying keys or managing other bits on your account, you want to make sure you are logging into the MyAccount page with the same username and password that you use to log in to the game. This will make sure that the correct account receives the content.
Anyway, I see that you have a ticket already in the system, so I'll follow up with you there and get this all sorted out!
