    Default What to Twist..

for a Human Monk (Unarmed) primarily running in GMoF.

Currently thinking Sense Weakness, Brace for Impact and Cocoon.

    Better options out there?

    Thanks for any help

    They are good choices.
You may want Legendary Tactics for +6 to Stunning Fist DC.

Best twist you can use as monk is balanced attacks if wraps based,
I personally would use sense balanced cocoon and tactics from dreadnough

Probably never going to have the 4th slot, so I can't slot all 4.

So probably going to be sense, cocoon and tactics.

    Thanks for the replies.

Yes, sense weakness, tactics, and cocoon are indeed the way to go, its what I've run for about 8 etrs now. Balanced attacks is very nice but it really only adds to trash mob damage, and you will murder them anyway. I am about to get my fourth slot, and probably won't go for BA, for one thing, its a tier 3 so its difficult to get with sense weakness (tier 4) which is virtually mandatory, if I ever can get a tier 4 and a tier 3 together, I would be more inclined towards fighter haste boost for boss dps.
I would recommend giving divine crusader a go, I prefer it these days over gmof.

If it was my character I'd agree, however, it's SWMBO's monk so what she wants - she gets (more or less anyway)

Least I was on kinda the right track

I was going to come post this same thread, wondering what others prefer. I've definitely liked Sense Weakness. I had been using Tactics, but my stunning DC man in the upper 60s, so I ditched it. It's currently a DC 61 and I stun most of the time. I've gone off-and-on with Cocoon. Lately, I've been twisting Lithe (for my AC) and Lily Petal, to get a ranged attack. At least until I max out all the destinies and go back to Grandmaster. And I also have Sense Weakness going.
