Getting error while trying to purchase turbine points, from DDO-store

Tried with all attempts on, mastercard, visa(once) and through paypal, to buy some turbine points for free to play accounts.

Got error processing request, try again later, wait a few minutes, each day friday-sunday. On both pay versions.

Only wanted them for black friday specials, so sucks its out of service, during this

And on the service note: I prefer my credit card to not stay on file, when i dont get to buy.

I am having the same problem as a VIP.

I tried to make sure my address was correct and not too long (a forum post from 2013 said this had created an issue for them)

Deleted my web browser cache and cookies as suggested by the Turbine support knowledge base.

p.s. Hurry up and fix this so I can give you money

Can try, though weird, since i tried from 2 different computeres.od
Didnt work, but the 0 in front on postalcode did.

I did some trawling of the forums and I came across a post about postal address from february https://www.ddo.com/forums/showthrea...it-Please-Read!

Anyway, as I live a country that only uses 4-digit postcodes I tried again and added a 0 in front of my postcode. and it worked.
