    Default Prepaid Visa Didn't Work

    I attempted to purchase the Shadowfell package while it's on sale. I am using a prepaid visa, the transaction failed. I checked with the cards site (tbb). It failed because I didn't put in the CVV. The problem is that the digitalriver people didn't have the option for me to enter it. Do I need to put that cards info into my turbine profile? I searched to no avail. Sorry if I missed it.

    No, you won't need to add the card to the MyAccount page in order to use it at the DDO Market. Digital River is our authorized third party retailer, but they use a different billing system than we do.

    However if you still can't get your card work through Digital River, then yes, try to add it to the MyAccount site. Once added, submit a ticket using the information in my signature and we can attempt a manual purchase for you.

    I used a pre paid credit card for the purchase of Shadowfell for a couple of accounts. I do this from the DDO Store website page and not in game store fyi. My pre paid has an option to attatch personal details to the card for purchases such as this. As long as the details match the transaction proceeds
