Error 201

Hello,
I just reinstalled DDO, and after it updated , I logged in on my account and after that the DDO window minimizes and the Error 201 window appears, I have already tried reinstalling, checking the firewall...
Im using Windows 7

I checked that link and all mentioned files are missing. But they are in a RAW subfolder. It seems the were not copied right by the installation. Thow I have noclue how to redo that now.

Correction: It is in some hiddend Folder under my userid
