Altar of Epic Rituals

The altar of epic rituals seems to be bugged and producing errors in this stage of lamannia.

Tried creating an epic sword of shadow using all required ingredients (base item, scroll, shard, seal) and would get the "Failure!" message each time I went to activate the device once the ingredients were placed inside. This occurred both with the altar in the twelve, and one that can be placed upon airship. I've since tested with a couple of other items (ring of elemental essence, darkstorm helm) and those failed as well. Maybe I am missing something? I know that prior to round 2 of lamannia it was working fine, as I had created an item on a different character and succeeded.

Seems this occurs with green steel altars as well

Any kind of crafting seems bugged. Greensteel , epic ritual, thunder forged
...
Hope it will not go to live servers like this or it is the end of the world LOL
