    Default I reported problem with ddo store via bug page, now what?

    I purchased a shared bank upgrade in the store and it failed to extend my shared slots beyond the 20 ive have a vip account. I reported via bug report and got a canned response in my email that said "QA cannot resolve individual or character issues in game or on the forums."

    What am I supposed to do to get this resolved?

    Are you sure you bought the shared bank upgrade, and not the character bank upgrade or the backpack upgrade? You can confirm this via the email the store sends to you.

    If you indeed bought the correct item, your best bet to resolve it is to call their offices in the morning. The second-best bet is to put in a support ticket: http://support.turbine.com/ics/suppo...?style=classic

    If relogging didn't resolve this issue, get in touch with Account Support by going to support.turbine.com, then clicking on "Support Center" and "Submit a Ticket". Send it to Account Support. Thanks!
