Please dont get mad at me, I may not have VIP status but I am a premium player. And how would you know I haven't spend more money then someone on a 10$ month subscription? If your that angry, I suggest maybe to write a constructive email or contact someone via phone where your message "may" have some impact.

Waaa! I'm not VIP, but I own everything almost all all content (except favored soul and drow because of favor) bought and paid for and most of my friends are the same. Where do vip's think they should be better or get more bonuses than some premium players, the money I have spent on this game (which I have no problems with cause I love it) is far more than some of the crying vip babies I read posts about. This year alone I have spent over 500 bucks on stones and stupid stuff because I love this game, so when you MR. or MS. Crybaby Vip want something extra for your measly 10 bucks a month (yes it does pay the bills I suppose on a regular basis and keeping you happy keeps money in these guys pockets and keeps my gaming experience better, I understand that and more power to you) just remember this song!

This amount of downtime is simply unacceptable... makes me concerned for this games future.
well i had fun complaining and criticizing others for doing the same thing but im done for the night maybe it will be fixed in 5 mins since i am leaving and i can play tomorrow, have fun hassling the man and dont be reasonable or lighten up in any way in my absence, i expect to have a juicy 12 pages to read tomorrow someone said earlier getting to 12 pages always fixes the issue and it is a sure fix and definately related to the problem

Yeah but a day of DDO VIP status cost 30 something cents.
Usually DDO will have a bonus weekend with XP and loot buffs to comp for a big mess up like today.
I'd rather have that then a quarter credit on my account.

Obviously, someone at Turbine forgot the first rule of having gremlins for pets: Don't Feed Them after Midnight!!! Now we're dealing with the mischief they can get up to. Hope they haven't forgotten the second rule: Don't get your gremlins wet.
Maybe you haven't been online much this week, but this has been an intermittent issue for 4 (5?) days now. I'm simply saying that crediting an extra 3 days to the current VIPs would be a great gesture of good will to their players/customers. Someone else mentioned turning on an exp bonus. If they made an exp bonus weekend (for all players), that would be quite nice too. Really, any kind of "sorry for all the down time this week; here's something for your patience and understanding" would be much appreciated.
