    Actually, my cable company has credited my account for outages in my area in the past. I'm not seeking any compensation from Turbine, personally, but I felt that your statement was inaccurate compared to my personal experiences with most companies. Thanks!

    Waaa! I'm not VIP, but I own everything almost all all content (except favored soul and drow because of favor) bought and paid for and most of my friends are the same. Where do vip's think they should be better or get more bonuses than some premium players, the money I have spent on this game (which I have no problems with cause I love it) is far more than some of the crying vip babies I read posts about. This year alone I have spent over 500 bucks on stones and stupid stuff because I love this game, so when you MR. or MS. Crybaby Vip want something extra for your measly 10 bucks a month (yes it does pay the bills I suppose on a regular basis and keeping you happy keeps money in these guys pockets and keeps my gaming experience better, I understand that and more power to you) just remember this song!


    When things go wrong and you can't get to play,
    And there is a post crying you need an extra day!,
    Because the game is laggy or worlds get shut down,
    or the maintenance got extended and made you frown,
    Because you pay ten dollars a month and need more stuff,
    the points, the bonuses, the gold rolls are never enough,
    Rage quit, bash your keyboard, toss your mouse,
    kick the dog, the cat and kids out of the house!

    This amount of downtime is simply unacceptable... makes me concerned for this games future.

    well i had fun complaining and criticizing others for doing the same thing but im done for the night maybe it will be fixed in 5 mins since i am leaving and i can play tomorrow, have fun hassling the man and dont be reasonable or lighten up in any way in my absence, i expect to have a juicy 12 pages to read tomorrow someone said earlier getting to 12 pages always fixes the issue and it is a sure fix and definately related to the problem

    Yeah but a day of DDO VIP status cost 30 something cents.

    Usually DDO will have a bonus weekend with XP and loot buffs to comp for a big mess up like today.

    I'd rather have that then a quarter credit on my account.

    I vote for double XP, triple Guild Renown!

    I want Commendations of Heroism dropping in the Harbor!

    Obviously, someone at Turbine forgot the first rule of having gremlins for pets: Don't Feed Them after Midnight!!! Now we're dealing with the mischief they can get up to. Hope they haven't forgotten the second rule: Don't get your gremlins wet.

I'm simply saying that crediting an extra 3 days to the current VIPs would be a great gesture of good will to their players/customers. Someone else mentioned turning on an exp bonus. If they made an exp bonus weekend (for all players), that would be quite nice too. Really, any kind of "sorry for all the down time this week; here's something for your patience and understanding" would be much appreciated.
