Since it is impossible in any sense, way or any scenario you want to present.
Also, taking into account what you presented in that video it is even more impossible that your claim has any grain of truth in it.

nice caster barbarian. exactly what most players will build instead of traditional barbs.

i don't know your build, but my barb currently crits for higher numbers than yours right now on Live in FOTW. well did until i started doing more past lives on her. when i can actually log onto Lama again without these issues, i will definitely be doing my own personal testing.

judging by the videos i see you are using Harper. i didn't find the tree to be very appealing for a barb. the tree is a buffet of different enhancements and feats pulled from other classes. you have to take something useless or undesirable to access something higher in the tree that is desirable. you took Know the Angles. an Int based barb?

it looks like you are an OS. it seems the healing is too low for what its supposed to do. sure there will be some that will run into battle like you do and try to cleave mobs to death, but your typical player will be dead in 5 seconds doing that with that kind of healing. OS, despite some dps buffing, is still the defensive tree.

you lose dps by having to dismiss rage and scroll heal in emergency situations and rebuff. your rages otherwise weren't lasting very long. guess it wouldn't make sense to invest in duration if you are going to constantly dismiss, switch from weapon to heal scroll and buff scrolls, back to weapon while running around in circles trying to stay alive. are you 17 or more levels barb? i saw fatigue in the box and the icon pop up.

just looking at the enhancements on the hot bar, seeing how many hp you gain from rage and the length it doesn't look like you invested a lot in any of the barb trees.

Yeah I did question it because I was judging by what was shown on the screen. Like I said, I'll watch the end of the video later.

LD is not a bad destiny for a barb, but it did seem like you were critting a little more often than me. I don't have a Thunderforge yet. My barbs are built for pure dumb dumb dps so not sure how im critting for much higher numbers.

No im not providing evidence because Lama is not working properly. I am also not saying that barb dps is lacking during a barb pass when now is the time to say something.

read the frickin post I made. I wasn't trying to show off with dps. I also wasn't trashing builds. it all started with me saying that my FB did more dps on Live than the video that Cetus used and it spiraled from there.

But why would anyone even come to the idea to use cure serious wounds potions on a server that gives you infinite resources and ability to get maxed xp in seconds.


That is the real question we want a answer for.


No matter if live, or lama or wharever that is not a thing you do in a video you present to the community unless you want to be publicly laughed at.
Also it is from your responses evident that you do not understand what know the angles does, what int as 2ndary stat adds to most builds nowadays that arent handwraps based nor what more dps, bigger numbers etc means.

While I know there are builds that can out dps that build -- You have made enough noise on this topic that it would be good to see a video of your Frenzied Berserker so we can see a true comparison.

EE Breaking the Ranks is a pretty good dps test, although I would take anything outside of a challenge if soloing EE Ranks is beyond the build.

Could you throw together a video for us, with your "Frenzied Berserker"?

SF favor is auto unlocked on a Lama? I wasn't aware of that. ill log on later to see for sure.

I could care less about being laughed at. I care more about people not reading what I posted. that video was for the devs to see healing procs. notice more cleaving and less everything else? like I said, I wasn't trying to impress anyone with the dps or how I play. anyone else providing information like that to the devs or are people going to just post "this sucks"?

I tried several things to fix it and even deleted the character thinking I could just recopy her over. I cant even do that now.

While it is no where near as good as a video -- if you post the build and gear up, I could run some Average DPS calcs for you.

Yes, I know.. "math doesn't solve anything" -- but it would at least give us a basic comparison.

First of all, you don't need SF pots - you could simply purchase a stack of sovereign potions off the store instead of using CSW for starters.

Next, what gear do you need that you don't have access to on lama? Tomes are probably the only things, and even them you could take off live on a mule and character copy the mule to then transfer some of the relevant stat tomes.

You can make your thunderforged right there, you can make your shadowscale there if you're so inclined, they have a bunch of cabinets sitting there with loot.

Stock up an airship real quick for buffs, and you're good to go.

All relevant and most gear needed for a endgame build can be found in cabinets, also most relevant raid gear is also found in them

sir pointsalot gives away ddo storepoints to buy stat/skill tomes and other goodies, he is found on the middle island in the dojo. The dojo entrance is in the market place at the trainers
all relevant gear can be found in cabinets, ranging from:
new U24 loot,
necro 4 loot, incl both tapestries
haunted halls loot, incl the upgrade material
Thunderholme crafting materials, thunderholme raid loot,
Epic 3bc loot,
epic gianthold, incl fot loot
shadowfail&stormhorns loot,
highroad&druids deep loot,
underdark, demonweb, kingsforrest and Citw loot.
there are even shroud ingedients on the weapons chamber's floor and all crafting stations to make displacement clickies.
yes, there are even gyro boots.
on the same island as sir pointsalot (in the dojo) there is a kobolt who trades in rare augments

The contrast between Lord of Dust and Breaking the Ranks is pretty great to see, DPS looks like it's pretty good but defence(vs spells mainly) and self heals are where barbs fall short. Occult Slayer is the more defensive tree but the good stuff is all very high up unlike the low fruit in defender trees for fighters/pallys. Since barbs can't splash for earth stance, nor paladin for saves or even use the fighter defender stance while raged, they're kinda stuck with what they have baked into the class unless they go SWF bard.

they can tell me all day long im wrong about my barbs dps, but they aint the ones playing her. it seems to me whatever Cetus builds it MUST be best dps because nobody ever challenges it. i already said i am unable to back my claims due to not knowing about TR cache and character copy a hundred times. im done repeating it.

i wasn't going to skew the numbers with my build by showing her in a dream build gear set up using pots only found in the DDO store. that just isn't realistic when the numbers need to be shown with a barb using SF pots and geared the same as on Live. im not going to post my build or what items that don't drop from the cabinets because ive already gotten enough ridicule showing healing procs on Tier 5 Ravager with a video and people assumed that was the barb i was talking about that has higher dps than Cetus barb. in the end, they will still complain and play what they believe is better dps while i will be hunky dory because my barb will be getting stronger with these changes.

You do realize that the very reason I post any kind of feedback, including the very build thread for my centered kensei is *to* be challenged.

I never take anybody's word for it, and you shouldn't take mine either.

...which is why instead of words I try to show some footage. Which, by the way, you didn't do. And thus, we don't take your word for it.
