I have attempted to clear this quest from my log, but no matter how I go about it, I can't find the NPC Maker. Instead I'm greeted by Willman.
I don't know if it's because I already started crafting before accepting the quest in the Harbor or not.
Dropping the quest and trying again doesn't help either.
Others have attempted to assist me in game but were also stumped.
