Lammania U24 unplayable

Well, I have given up now trying to try out U24 because it constantly locks up:

First logged in with my transfered main
Started cleaning up my inventory aka destroying all TR equipment (to improve TR speed - always do so on lam)
There it started first bugging around ... after a few items destroyed it would stop updating aka the items would remain in inventory ... teleporting to other instances sometimes fixed it
Once I finally managed to clean up my inventory I went to the dojo (to finish leveling up) and TRed
Logged back in, went to the dojo started leveling up
Had to take a break bc of RL
Several hours later trying to log back in: When clicking on Enter in the login screen: "Cannot login your character is still being saved" ***???!
Tried a few more times then though screw it - and logged an alt
Went to the dojo to level to 28
Started clearing up inventory - though this time I sold (everything that can be sold) instead of destroy
Game hung up when I tried to sell a few collars
So went to marketplace to try it there no luck either - tried to enter lordsmarch bank - game hangs up (killed it with alt-f4 after ~10 minutes
Restarted game - entered on my alt tried to enter lordsmarch bank again - game hangs up (killed it again after a while)
Restarted game - entered on my alt tried to teleport to kundarak bank - game hangs up again
Restarted game - entered on my alt tried to enter harbor - game hangs up again
Restarted game - created a new character - leveled up in dojo - got my gear from the cabinets (that by exceed inventory space)
So starting to sell the exceeding stuff ... but kinda thought hey a few items (the starter gear which cannot be sold) should not trigger this ... after all I managed to destroy 100 items or so on my main ...
So destroyed the starter items ... with breaks between each one so the game can keep up
Still too little space ... so went to marketplace to enter lordsmarch bank from there
Game hangs up
Restarted game tried to enter again - game hangs up
Restarted game tried to enter harbor - game hangs up
Thinking screw it and watched some TV
Returned now to the forums to let everyone know about this - because if this goes live, DDO essentially is automatically dead as it is unplayable

That's as far as I get. Copied character.

I created a new character and can log in to starter area.

I am having the same problems as have been reported above, and in other threads; the game is unplayable. I was able to get in the first couple of times, but the game kept locking up everytime I tried to go to the 12, or Eveningstar.

Whatever is affecting the live servers is affecting Lamannia on a scale much worse than what we're seeing on Live. Might want to look into rebooting servers, clearing unsaved data, or something; the hamsters are keeling over.

- Use auction
- Use bank
- Sell item
- Log out
- Go to the twelve

And now I closed the client to log another toon, and no way to log back in.

Cant log into charater, i click on it and i get a Loading Please Wait and it been like that for 10 mins now.

I think it might have to do with people doing the character transfer when the devs said that it was acting up. Just a thought. So I suggest is bringing down Lamannia and doing a server toon wipe. I think that might fix the problem since the toon transfer is working now.

Seems very unlikely; just copied another character. Same problem.

One character stuck in the ship in Sorrowdusk
Other character can't leave marketplace just to harbor but banker doesn't work, so cant reincarnate.

Same problem here. Can't get rid of anything in my inventory via selling or destroying.

I still cannot get past Character data/subscription checks reloop before being told that the server is "full".

Devs, can you please do something about it instead of ignoring the issue?

My guess is the Dev's have thrown in the towel for this instance of Lamannia and the only reason it is still on, is for anyone who can access it to test whatever they can access.

Realistically, I would imagine from past experience that the Dev's will not do anything until the next iteration of Lamannia and then redo a full reboot then. So I would image this Thursday or Friday at the earliest before something is done. Although I'd be happy to be proven wrong.

I can try in theory as I can log in no issues, so long as I don't try to zone anywhere else that's inaccessible.

But there's a massive issue, even if I can get everyone logged in to Lamannia to log off, there's nothing to stop players not aware from what we're attempting to do from logging in whilst everyone else is out and ruining it. Realistically, you'd need a full shutdown of at least the login server for Lamannia if you want this.

Plus I won't be able to contact those who are in anon as well. Even if they see an exodus of players, they won't necessarily log off.
