    Good summary

Hmmm. didn't factor that in when I was looking at the armor..
makes it pretty much worthless for my rogue... dodge is pretty important on low PRR/MRR builds.

It is useless for a caster as far as I am concerned, Dodge is just as important on a caster.
Perhaps this would have been better as heavy armor.. for the rise of the tanking caster builds.

btw the second drop of Lamannia includes modified versions of some of the items. I have updated the descriptions here: http://ddowiki.com/page/Update_24_named_items
(not all items were available in the dojo, so not all items were updated)

Are you factoring in enhancement and ED boosts? +9 max dex bonus is fairly easy to achieve with enhancements + a teir2 shadowdancer ability. So that'd be a 21 MDB. Could boost it another 2 with Mobility, and another 2 beyond that with a Sapphire of Armored Agility for 25 MDB. A Swash can push it even higher, though if they're a buckler-swash they'll need to go for even higher bonus than they can drag out if they want their full dodge.

So, the only items changed are:

Mythic Blazing Sun, with a +11 Wisdom added
Mythic Bone Crusher, +11 Dex added
Epic Resplendence, with Life Shield, Undead Guard and Rune arm Imbue: Light V added

Still trash items mostly. No Xoriat feeling at all, they didn't even try.

That Mythic Arcane Armor should be renamed to Mythic trashy Arcane Armor.

yes it would make a great shield...stacking sheltering, wisdom+11, devotion+150, Radiance+150, orange slot, 2% insightful spell lore on mythic version...lots to like as either a shield or an orb. less prr (5 from insightful sheltering v. 10 from a large shield) but still a useful item.

For me each of these items needs to consume an older xoriat themed item to buff it and add xoriat themes tot hem. Otherwise they are trash for 90% of my characters (43 of them).

    Thanks for the update.

At this point, the Rune Arm looks nice. The rest, somewhat less so.

One thing that might make it appealing: drop the ML by 2 or 4. It's all transient gear anyway, and, at least for heroic: if I can enter the quest (level 14, I think, or maybe 16), I should be able to use the named gear.

ML16 seems like a good spot for the heroic stuff. Not sure about the epics.

Here's my thoughts in audio form. I talked about the items in a recent video on my youtube channel -

Overall though, I understand this is not endgame content and it's probably a good thing not to make orchard items outdated already. I'm fine with none of this necessarily being best in slot. However, I feel the minimum levels are too high. At minimum level 26, is anyone really going to care to reorganize their characters' equipment setup for one, maybe two levels?

Still hoping the staff is busy creating xoriat themed gear/weapons for this update.

As expressed by others, my issue isn't really that these items are not end game, but rather that the entire thematic opportunity was missed. Other Xoriat gear not only had creative names and descriptions, but thematic elements of better than average or unique abilities that sometimes come at a mind or body cost. All we have now is just some gear that's watered down to reflect the level 26. Where's Curse Vector? Life Devouring? Telekinesis Guard? Rock Shattering? Arrow Spitting? Weapons that have unique profiles like Famine's 2d8 or Sinew's 19-20 /x3+1? All these awesome and unique abilities that could have been brought to epic levels.

The answer isn't always just +11 and +4 Insight stats - you're working with some of your most interesting quests with some of your unique loot... if you don't want to make up new and cool abilities, at the very least reuse the special things that already exist in this chain. PLEASE DON'T MISS THIS CHANCE!

Sorry to let you down but by the time something is on lamania it's usually only bug fixing and not changing. Usually (see mentau's googles).

the light armor would have been interesting for all sorts of builds but with the dex cap at 10 is just lol. You introduce champions that hit a lot harder and expect light armor builds to sacrifice about half their dodge for that one more +1 int on mythic item, rly? mind light Gianthold armor has max dex 30ish!!! who is gonna wear that other than people not being aware it gimps their defenses?

the runearm would have been interesting if it had gotten some more uniqueness. how about a runearmshot that does a light vulnerability effect similar to lightning motes? could see swash/2arti/rest fvs as a flavor lightdmg build, if the arm had slightly more to go for it.

the 4eyes are nice but I wish they'd come with a random cha+ wis+ int+ like the tor goggles thus making them interesting for more people.
