    Default Issue with going premium

    I canceled my vip account about 10 days ago for money reasons. it said i had untill 3:42 am nov 11

    i was doing a quest today nov 9 at 10:21 pm. i got booted from the word and when i came back i had to select the chars that i wanted to use.

    so what happened to the 2 extra days?

    not trying to bump too bad - i know its the holiday season.

    This is important, but not pressing.

    Which is why i am posting here rather then submitting a ticket.

    I'd suggest you go ahead and submit an email to CS. Even if you don't want any 'compensation' beyond an explanation, they'll be the ones who can look at your account from the inside and see what happened.

    Get in touch with Account Support by going to support.turbine.com, then clicking on "Support Center" and "Submit a Ticket." Send it to Account Support.
