DDO market needs new packs

There has not been much new to DDO market besides the last expansion pack. Is there plans to package some special packs similar to starter pack ect..

heart of Madness will not be an expansion.

And I am not wanting an expansion but different racial and starter packs. Expansions would appear on DDO store, but the other packs have not been added since ddo market was conceived.
