    Default forced escape too weak compared to hellball

    Hi. I just took forced escape on my caster bard and I must say that it is quite weak compared to hellball. I dont even say about the damage because I knew that it is wisdom based spell and dmg dice is lower than hellball. But 20 second delay compared to 6 second helball is really disaponting especially on spell which can be used to free from stunt because this portion of this spell makes it less usefull as damaging spell. With long delay I cant use it as damaging spell becase it can be on delay when I will need it. My suggestion to make this spell more epic and balanced. Ompared to hellbal is to change delay to 10 second.

    I don't think that it was ever intented to be a damage spell. As you can tell from the name, it serves for "escaping" (those s*** moments when you are stunned e.g. and surrounded by bunch of mobs). Very handy and often a life saver if your Harper Pin is on cooldown. The damage is just a little bonus but definitely not the main purpose of this feat.

    It can be quickend, empowered, maximized so its damaging spell. Thera are items which can give permament cc immunity. It requires 28 lev and 2 capped divine destinies seriusly weak spell if it main purpose is to break stunt every 20 sec cooldown.

    Rys is right. I don't see why it should be as much damage as hellball. The damage on forced escape is a secondary use to the spell, the primary is to get out of cc. Doesn't matter if it has maximize and empower. 1000 or so damage isn't great but it is still a secondary purpose to the spell.

    hellball comes from the words hell, and ball, sounds like fireball, but stronger, in fact it is

    forced escape comes from force and escape, which sounds like emergency retreat, in fact it is, however it comes with a damage portion because people would prolly cry if it was "a harper pin with 20 secs cd"

    they are the few things that are coherent, where's the trouble? not everything has to do the same damage as hellball, nor adrenaline, nor blitz: different uses, different skills/ed/feats

    if the trouble is that it has meta feats available, then remove the meta option, simple
    psykopeta is finally baconpletionist because there isn't anything to delay it more - thelanis, where the gimps claim to be pros and noobs claim to be pros, no newbies allowed(unless they claim to be pros), we have enough drama w/o them.     Does Forced Escape work for you guys ?
    For stuff like Flesh to stone, Soundburst, Symbol of Stun, Web, Hold, Dance etc ?
    It wasn't doing anything at all some time ago.
    Guess I should try it again.

    I have been using it some time ago on my monkcher life but never took it since then. Maybe this was the reason but I don't really remember.

    Last time I used it (quite a while ago) it worked for I think hold and nothing else. You could still cast it when cc'ed by other means, and it would still do damage around you but not remove the cc. I only used it to get agro on a group of things that hadn't been damaged by someone else already - when my other aoes were on cooldown - not very often...

    I have it on my current life, it hasn't worked for anything for me. (Palemaster so no holds) Been too lazy to switch it out.
