I am too lazy to search thoroughly thru the forums now, but according to what I can remember reading in several posts Mabar is borked and has to be completely redone. They were not able to do so for this year Halloween and will re-introduce Mabar on another occassion when ready. Originally Posted by mons

If i remember correctly ...
You could get a +5 tome from mabar, then tr and get a second +5 tome.
That got fixed, but in turbine manner they broke mabar.
