Possible Returning Player - Is Thelanis still all that?

Hey All,

I'm toying with the idea of returning to DDO after 2 and a bit years away from the game.

Having logged on recently for the first time to Thelanis, it looks like the numbers have gone down a little.

Is anybody able to tell me if the game is any more/less active these days, and generally what's the raiding/epic groups like, respective of both Euro and US timezones? Also, less of a thing, but is the Euro community still strong?

Cannot speak to the Euro community.

However from what little I have gathered, overall participation in the game is down regardless of servers. But Thelanis remains one of the most active.

Heroics can be problematic in getting groups together.

Raiding doesn't seem to be much of an issue, depending on the raid. CitW has been pretty much killed by Turbine and the Raiders Boxes.

My guild raids 4 nites a week. And I still manage to jump in pug raid groups as well pretty regularly.
