    Default 15 or 6 pally?

Thinking of a twf build. That will have manyshot burst.

    Can't decide wheather a 15 pld 3 rng 2 mnk or a 12 rng 6 pld 2 somthing would net better dmg.

The 15 pld is just for zeal and holy sword. But is a bit feat tight.

Of those 2 builds id wondered if going centered with a monk master form for the +1 crit multi would be better using the shortsword as opposed to a couple of tf peshes.

Any rain man mathematicians prowling about for input?

Why would you want 6 paladin ?
Over say 2 paladin 6 monk?

If your goal is a twf , many shotting paladin I think you would be best served going 14 pally 6 ranger giving up on zeal and just taking holy sword.

You lose evasion but with the armor changes it isn't a huge deal. Intact playing my ThF pally who never cared a lick for defense before takes a ton less damage than my monk after the dodge/AC changes.

Yeah IMO 14/6 pally/rgr seems to be the best path for getting what you want , sacrificing the least.
Going less than 6 ranger and losing manyshot and itwf would hurt too much and if you are going past 2 pally for DG and DM you are best off going to 14 for holy sword.

well to be sure could go 6 monk. But then id probably just make cetus's build but with 2wf. The 6 pally is more for the stance, cleaves and some extra core dmg. (1d8 to 2d6 stacking with melee power.) It would have to have to have pally though, im to **** cheap to spend TP on something goofy like A LR and the forge and recon is just to **** nice on the master race.

I don't think id go centered though, The more I think on it, the more id say the exotic weapons would close the gap.

So basically the pally deep has holy and zeal, and some extra core melee power dmg. But the 12 ranger chucking in a couple rog pretty much has maxed search and disable, umd, as well as really no reliance for dex since it gets everything to do with it at the exception of 13 dex for precision.

    hmph, each choice has perks...

naw evasion stays. Those armor changes are still a great cry away from the dmg that feat saves you. And manyshot as well as the twf lines both fit with the 15 pally split.

Really depends on whether you're only interested in Power OR whether you have OTHER reasons for needing/wanting a certain class:

    - Past Lives
    - Flavour
    - A Specific ability
    etc.

nowadays, 4 pally might be enough...

    you get

    divine might (with turn undead)
    stance (lvl 3)
and your usual pally benefits (fear and disease immunity, divine grace +14 saves after nerf)

biggest advantage of going only 4 or 5 pally: you can get 3 monk for light finishers and other benefits

    Default Twf manyshot paladin

I have actually been playing this style of build recently and have found it to be very effective. My split is 15/4/1 Paladin/Ranger/Fighter PDK
With the changes to PRR and MRR I would advise against monk as monk-stance and evasion simply aren't as powerful as the benefits of Paladin stance and heavy armour. 4-5 ranger is ideal because it gives access to rams might, 5 ranger gives access to tier 5 tempest tree which is much higher dps than my split but slightly less survivable than t5 Kotc imo. The fighter level in my split had to be taken because of PDK and you could get rid of it if you wanted but the extra feat is nice enough to merit keeping it. If you want me to write up the build for you just ask.

If you're going mostly-pally, pal 15 / rgr 5 is pretty strong: that gets Zeal, Holy Sword, and Dance of Death.

If you're going mostly-rgr, I think Noyellowbar is still a strong choice; the changes to pally let you add defensive stance for a major survivability boost.

ya id just seen they fixed the tree's and its down to level 3 for the stances. Changes the 2nd build a bit.
