Epic Elite Content

Hi people, im planning my end game pure shintao monk build and i need to know more about the epic elite content. What should be my...

1- Reflex save: to evade most traps and spells DC

2- Stunning fist: i want to be able to stun 80-90% of the time

3- Armor Class: above what value it start to make difference?

4- Bonus to hit: i know it not a big concern, but i would like to know the AC of those EE mobs, so i would only miss when i roll 1.
