I'm getting an update error occurred, server connection timed out when i try to start the game. What's the problem?

For me it's very hit and miss for me (actually mostly miss), I will have to log in 4 times or more now to get in. But as I found today I was in first shot. So unsure what happened. I spent some time yesterday cleaning up some malware on my PC (which I only use for DDO and occasional internet browsing (mostly related to DDO). I still got 4 log ins straight after a restart, but next two times I logged in straight off. I will try to feed back to see if I am still having luck.

The Malware was brought to my attention through the forums here and may or may not be related to the new preloader and its interation with your internet explorer (untested theory)
