Can't Access DDO Store or In-Game Help

I don't know what to do. When I try to access the DDO Store, I get 'Error: Connection Reset' and when I try to access the in-game help I get 'SSL Protocol Error'. So... what should I do?

This is very weird, but I was able to fix the problem by going into Internet Explorer (which I NEVER use) and change some settings. Apparently DDO uses those settings. Read more about it here:

OK maybe this would help with my log in issues also?

I will try it next time I online, I typically don't use explorer but maybe it wants an update?

Turned on TLS 1.0 protocol via IE and everything works again.

Not so weird when you think about how intertwined Windows and Explorer are. I used to get very annoyed when linking anything through the DDO client as IE would always open regardless of what my default browser was set to. Since the store and help are web sites that need to handle secure data, it makes sense that missing security protocols in the OS (IE is basically part of Windows) would cause issues connecting to those places.

Anyhoo, thanks to those who figured out the solution.
