    Default Epic Destinies

i lost vip today and before i was booted out of the world i had four epic destiny points to put toward the unyielding sentinel destiny i am currently on. however after character selection and logging back in i could not use the points toward the destiny as the make active, accept, cancel and reset tree buttons are all grayed out. i spoke with someone at ddo customer service today thinking it was an account issue i bought ed with menace of the underdark so i defintely have that on the account permanently. i put in a ticket but can't put in another ticket as the submit ticket feature that came with vip is also gone so i sent in a bug report hoping to hear something back soon that will help me fix this anything you guys can recommend or do i just wait till hell freezes over for this issue to be fixed.

Don 't know if this will help but:

Often when I go to change destinies or edit twists etc. the screen will open up and everything will be grayed out. If I select another destiny on the left menu, then go back to the one I started in, boxes i can choose to spend point on will be lit up/buttons not grayed out anymore....

Hope that's all it is for you OP....

Non-VIPs need to talk to the Fatespinner to adjust their Epic Destinies, presuming they otherwise have proper access to Epic Destinies.

You have just been subjected to Turbine's attempt to introduce nuisances in the game to pressure folks to go VIP. It's all very good business. Instead of rewarding people who switch to VIP, they try to **** people off so they'll switch to VIP.

Perhaps they should consider other forms of nuisance pressure? Maybe they could make it so that when trying to set or reset Enhancements non-VIPs can only spend 1 AP every 15 seconds? And they could do the same for the Epic Destiny trees!
