In game friends say they cannot load into quests.

I was in the middle of a quest myself when it all locked up.. I eventually just bailed..

if it sticks for more than a minute cleaning up connections. control-alt-delete, shut down service and try again. especially if you recently crashed or were trying to log out to clear lag... it gets hung up on the cleanup. it works a lot more often on the second try.
