Adrenaline Overload & Overwhelming Force not working

By any chance have anyone here experience this bug too? Somehow I can never get the crit from adrenaline & knockdown from overwhelming force to work on any of the mobs with my tempest ranger.

It worked unless they broke it in the last update.

Is anything preventing you from becoming enraged? Adrenaline is a rage effect and wont work with sacred defense for example. Are you getting the 15s adrenaline (overload) buff in ur effects list?
