With the improvements to PRR and the addition to MRR, I don't consider the Shield Mastery feats necessary unless you truly want a tank-y druid like Ginger's build. I would trade them for a couple more metamagics or extra Spell Focuses, since a first-lifer tends to need more help with their DCs, at least until they unlock the DC Twists from Magister and Draconic.

Skills: max Concentration, Spellcraft, and Heal. Leftover pts can be spent where you wish, but I recommend UMD and either Balance or Spot.
Feats: the usual metamagics plus Enlarge (primarily for your SLAs - it doubles their range with no additional SP cost) and Extend (primarily for Body of the Sun, so I try to pick it up before lvl 13).
Enhancements can be tweaked as you see fit. I spent 13 APs into Nature's Warrior for +20 Pos Spellpower, Bestial Nature (can be dropped once you have Parrying / Insight bonus item), Flight (decent Dodge bonus which ignores MDB, AFAICT), and +1 WIS. I would also consider shifting 5-7 APs into human PrE for Gtr Heroism clickie and possibly the last Imp Recovery for +10% heal amp. Another possibility is to swap Extend for DM of Passage to pick up Expeditious Retreat and Dimension Door; the latter is particularly useful for certain quests if you're soloing.
