u23 remove epic experience lvl cap

Any character level 20 or above can now receive any level 20 or above quest, and enter any dungeon with a base CR of 20 or higher. This removes previous conditions that could prevent a lower-level Epic-level character from entering a much higher-level Epic dungeon, for example.

Since this ^ we don't need lvl overcap for epic experience (case when you cannot gain more experience than one lvl ahead), do we ?

I usually forget to take lvl after daily XP trains and sometimes lose quite a few due to that.

When U14 came out that was actually the case. You could get all the required XP to go from 20 to 25 but stay at level 20 the whole time if you wanted too.

I don't see a reason how this is bad in any way so /signed.
