Why am I so obsessed with how my DDO characters look? Here I am, writing about it AGAIN.

I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who tries to find just the right look for my characters. And I love the idea of being able to color (or at least tint) the existing armors. Even limited to a couple of colors on predefined parts of the armor. Your pictures show just how effective that can be. I'm not sure how difficult it would be but I have played other games that allow tinting. Zyinniah is still trying to find the right look.
Zyinniah Hazelnut and Curissa Hazelnut on most servers.
Allowing player tinting will produce garish and incredibly ugly/clashing armour.
worst thing ever.
See what happened in EQ1 when they allowed that.
It seemed to work well in Guild Wars, so unless there is a huge problem with coding it should be good here too.

As for what is wrong with you Geoff? Nothing more than a straight forward obsession with perfection.
