I have a problem with setting the key mapping, every time I turn off ddo, I lose my settings, can someone help me ????
iI have tried to uninstall and reinstall the game but nothing....

my guess would be that you don't have write access to the folder where DDO stores it.
try running the game as an administrator perhaps?

or check if you can modify the files in the folder (for me):
C:\Users\<username>\Documents\Dungeons and Dragons Online

or out of disk space and game cannot save changes?
