Default Schimitars Not Working Centered w/ Heavy Blade Line

This issue was fixed as of U24.

I'm sure this has been addressed, but I could not find it, thus I am addressing it again.

Scimitars are listed with the heavy blade line in the Kensei tree. However, they will not center with one with the blade. I know I could go druidic, and I'd be fine, but I know some players would not. Is this a a known error, WAI, bug, ET Cetera?

Is there away around this other than have to have 3 ranger levels? Do they work in light blades considering rapier is listed there now of days?

Someone enlighten me on this situation.

    Hulluuk.

It is still in the official known issues list (and has been in it for quite a while now):

Characters with the Kensei's Weapon Focus: Heavy Blades enhancement do not stay centered during One With The Blade if they have a scimitar equipped.

Being on the known issues list means as much that there's no need to further bug report it, but I wouldn't hold my breath for seeing it fixed any time soon.

As a workaround, you can pick Kensei Focus: Druidic Weapons to use scimitars.
