Its been a year or so since I last played a druid and I don't remember seeing a warning icon when in wolf form. I'm getting one now.

Is this actually giving a penalty while in wolf form or is it a display error?

+1 scimitar and I get +18 on inventory page
+1 kama and I get +14
+1 kukri is +14

All this makes it look like I am taking the penalty even in wolf form.

Then I put on a
+4 heavy pick and get +20

If I was straight up non-proficient it should wash out the +4 and be a total of +17.
If I'm not getting the penalty it should be 3 higher for +21.

So... any ideas?
