Default Epic TR and destiny points

I haven't done an epic TR yet. I understand all your xp in a sphere is wiped out and you need to level up the stuff in that sphere again.

My question is - do I get destiny points (towards my twists) for those again or you only earn those once?

    Thanks

It doesn't wipe the exp from the destinies you have leveled. It uses the Karma acquired while leveling those destinies. In other words you do not have to re-level the destiny, just have to reacquire the 6 million karma exp

You're confused with some of the lingo, but the short answer to your question is no, you do not get additional Fate points as your re-earn karma after an epic TR.

To better understand this, there is Destiny Experience and then there is Karma. You never lose destiny experience, once it is earned you keep that indefinitely, this is what lets you gain additional fate points.

At the same time, as you gain destiny experience, or even after you've capped destiny experience, you gain the same amount of Karma in that same sphere up to 6,000,000. Once you have 6,000,000 karma and you have hit the level cap, you can epic reincarnate which resets your karma to zero, but leaves all of your destiny experience intact.

If you would like to earn more Fate points after you have capped all of your epic destiny experience, you get an additional fate point for every 4 epic past lives you've earned. Other than that, the only other way (at least that I know of) to get more fate points is through a Tome of Fate, which can be purchased from the DDO store or found in the rarest of circumstances in game.

Hope this helps clarify things a bit for you. I admit the system is very confusing and probably more convoluted than necessary, but once you start using it, it does work and makes sense.
