I just Epic+Heroic TR'd my capped half orc (pure fighter) and upon returning to Korthos ended up with two +1 tomes by the end of the Korthos storyline. Can't use them (he has used all +3 tomes already) but they aren't bound, so might sell or keep in shared bank for an alt maybe.

The highest tomes I have had so far (in 4 years of playing) are +4's, and only a couple of those.

The highest tome I have ever seen is a +2. And now, those are far more rare since there are upgrade tomes.

They really need to give + tomes, bta, for each lives K favor reward (1000 = +1 tome, 2000 = +2, etc), or push +1's into sub level 10 content. Or, and I think this is even better, make tomes drop only in raids. Increase their drop rate from 1:300 to 1:200/1:100/1:50 (normal/hard/elite respectively). This way, more tomes, known avenue, incentive to run higher difficulties.
