Great show! Haunted Halls has lots of replay value. Best quest in DDO!

Some tips:

• For the zombie room/crest you can send 1 player to run in and the crest will show on the map for the room it's in. Just do the one room you need for the crest. Drop the casters as quickly as possible and the barrier on the crest will fall; grab it and run!
• For the duel blade trap on the way to the doppleganger use Cannith Boots of Propolsion, etc. and let all the trash die in the trap (that you ran past).
• To farm the items on EH, solo the crests to get them fast. Post LFM once you are at the barrier with the sockets. Party can fill fast that way.
• If you do the extended commentary and get all the voice overs you will get extra xp.
• If you show up late to one of the optional rooms and the barrier is up, you can use like a door. Mouse over to see the door icon and click to enter.
• For Miior slow and steady DPS wins the race. When your tank's stacks build up too high, tank tells party to back off till stacks fade, and then tank tells party to start up DPS again when OK. I like monks for this. There are other methods as well for this room...
• For the Fallen Giant the ghosts will try to disrupt you pulling the spear, and its a long pull. You will have to start the pull over if you get disrupted. Likewise, the ghosts can get in your way when you try to put the spear back in when the giant falls. Kite the ghosts away from the spear puller, and from the giant when he falls, and you won't have to repeat. If you don't get the spear back in on time (ghost blocked) when the giant falls, the giant will re-animate and you get to fight him all over again. The spear puller can remain invsisble to keep the ghosts of them, so it's easier to get the spear back into giant when he falls since you won't be drawing trash aggro. I like to pull spear and cast invis. on myself before pulling and let my arty dog keep the ghosts away.
• On the way to the dragon fight when you drop down into the room with the doors, the doors that don't light up are trapped and cannot be disarmed, and will fall on you and may crush you to death if you open. The doors that do light up will lead to dragon, and the other to a chest and gold piles.

I do have a route to fast track the crests. I like to fast track and post my LFM at the barrier with the slots. There are 11 chests after the barrier, not counting any random ones. LFM usually fills fast at the 1st whisp. to get them chests.

Too bad I don't have a way to stream or record my fast track method for crests.

EDIT ~ I refer to the quest as Haunted Hauls. I farm for items, plat, renoun, and xp. Of course, I run it for fun, but lots of goodies to be had as well.
