Help with a pair of builds

I've recently returned after an absence due to RL and having been around since just shy of founder days I'm always interested in new / off the wall builds. While doing some research I came across the following that I'd like you all to help fill in some gaps:

* A Sorcerer (fire sav?) / Monk (henshin) combo - I can see some synergy and whispers on the wind have hinted to some pretty awesome tricks; anyone able to help here (PM me if needed).

* A 12 monk / 7 cleric / 1 fighter half-elf combo - not sure what the appeal here is but I'm quite interested.

while I dont know a specific build, fire savant/henshin/fvs could be quite interesting, cha based, mix of melee and nuking, in divine crusader with energy burst twisted or in draconic incarnation. fvs adds divine might, fire crit chance, and increased caster level which is very interesting for multiclass casters. Pally instead of fvs would be interesting so you can go bladeforged.

Aye Makkuri, those are the obvious things i've noticed.... but there are more intricate things i'm sure as the person i was discussing it with hinted at but hasn't been available since. Hence why i'm here to see if anyone else can enlighten me. PM's are acceptable as well
