Can't see my characters on character transfer page

I was thinking about coming back to ddo and wanted to transfer to a more populated server but character transfer section doesn't show any characters on any server. Is there any way to find my characters? Any way for a player search?

In at work and can't download and log in to see what happens when I log in until I get home.
