for the vale, I'd say roll an assassin. assassinate works wonders in running with the devils and sleeping dust, and rogues enjoy a relatively high dps even when not assassinating.
you could easily do this with a shadar-kai iconic, and save yourself the trouble of leveling.

kk thanks i went with a sharda-kai iconic monk 2/13 with some crafted wraps it seems to be working out good ty though
